Please note:

• The arrival day counts as your 1st night, the departure day will not be charged.
• All rates include the rent per night, with maid service, security, administration.
• Bookings for more than 14 nights can receive a discount.
• The price is valid up to the mentioned number of persons.
• Each person additional to the mentioned number of persons will be charged at 20US$ a day
• After you have sent us your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation and a bill.
• A deposit of 20% is due immediately, the remaining amount is due 4 weeks before starting the trip.
• Your deposit should arrive within 10 days or your reservation will be cancelled.
• For credit card and Paypal, deposits or payments, please add 4%.
